Ahmad is the Founder and CEO of Infinity⁹ and the CIO of A9 Family Office. With over ten years of experience in the family office sector, Ahmad is an accomplished investor skilled in managing complete investment portfolios. He graduated from Babson College with a BSc in Business Management, focusing on Mathematical and Computational Finance and Entrepreneurship, and holds a Family Office Wealth Management certification from Harvard Business School. After organizing his family's assets into a unified office, Ahmad's expertise became sought after by prominent families in Ecuador, leading him to establish Infinity⁹. This firm, dedicated to providing access to prime real estate investments, now serves clients across more than 10 countries and has consistently generated over 25% annual returns, with current returns exceeding 12%. Infinity⁹’s real estate investment portfolio is under Nason's supervision, and he is responsible for its management. Standard Nevada, a retail development company based in Las Vegas, was founded by Nason. Over the course of the past five years, the company has successfully completed projects with a combined value of over $40 million. His company is currently working on retail projects in Las Vegas that are valued at over $100 million. These projects include the development of a shopping center that is 100,000 square feet in size as well as the redevelopment of a shopping center that is 65,000 square feet in the Las Vegas resort corridor. Before founding Standard Nevada, Nason worked as an Associate at FCP, a real estate private equity firm based in Washington, DC, where he managed assets totaling over $500 million and worked on value-add multifamily and development projects on the east coast. Saman oversees Infinity⁹'s real estate strategies, investments, and evaluation. Prior to joining Infinity⁹, Saman led AHM Group's multifamily acquisition and development process, underwriting, and financing value-add and opportunistic investments. Saman was a Vice President at George Smith Partners, where he raised over $1 billion in construction, bridge, and permanent financing on commercial and residential properties, as well as complex structured financing like preferred equity, mezzanine, and joint venture equity placements. Lennar Corporation, the largest homebuilder in the country, hired Saman as a Land Acquisition Analyst, where Saman helped with feasibility studies, entitlements, and underwriting for Las Vegas land acquisitions. As an Acquisitions Analyst for The Bascom Group, he underwrote over $5 billion of prospective multifamily acquisitions in the western US and assisted with the due diligence and closing of several Southern California acquisitions. Valentina oversees Infinity’s day-to-day business operations, business development, investor relations, marketing, and communications. She is both a big-picture thinker and a detail-oriented executor with a generalist range of skills. Valentina previously worked at a Miami-based unicorn during its growth stage where she was the right-hand to the CMO, building the Marketing and Communications team to 50 people, and executing marketing and branding strategies and projects across the organization globally. Prior to that, she was a founding member of a Silicon Valley venture capital firm’s first middle east office in Abu Dhabi, where she managed corporate and startup partnerships, operations, events, marketing, and communications. Valentina began her career as an Analyst at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where she was an instrumental member of the opening of the 490-bed hospital in 2015. Valentina worked across a variety of functions including pre-operational planning and analytics, human resources, recruitment, and marketing. Juan is the CMO of Infinity in the EMEA region, where he is responsible for supporting the firm's European expansion. Juan collaborates closely with regional investors to improve all portfolio management processes. Furthermore, he is a co-founder of other high-impact companies that necessitate extensive experience in venture capital, corporate venturing, and innovation, allowing Juan to have a 360-degree vision and the option of advising on other profitable investment formats. He has a portfolio of over 35 successful startups, making him one of the investors with the highest success rate in Europe. Juan was a regional director of Ferrovial before becoming a co-founder, and he witnessed the transformation of the infrastructure and construction sectors. This has led him to learn everything there is to know about property investment from a world construction leader like Ferrovial, as an analyst with a deep understanding of the EMEA market. Elias currently serves as the Investment Banking & Real Estate Director at MMG Bank Corporation, a boutique financial and strategic advisory and asset management firm serving corporate, retail, and institutional clients in Latin America. At MMG Bank, Elias has been advising real estate companies with the structuring and management of over $1.5 billion of real estate assets under REIT special regulation in Panama. His responsibilities also include structuring and placing public and private debt issues, structuring thematic bonds, M&A advisory, capital structure optimization, equity fundraising, SPV financing, corporate consulting, and company and asset valuations. Prior to joining MMG Bank, Elias was the Sales and Project Development Manager for Zun Energia, a Panamanian company dedicated to the promotion, development, and due diligence of photovoltaic solar and wind energy projects. Elias’ responsibilities included the commercialization, financial modeling, and capital structuring of Net Metering photovoltaic projects and solar and wind plants. Elias started his career as a Sales and Product Development Manager at RFID Solutions, where he oversaw the design and development of systems using RFID technology for optimizing logistics processes, product exhibition, and inventory management.
