Valentina Ashrafi

Valentina leads Infinity⁹'s operations and commercial real estate practice. A Florida-licensed real estate agent with LRF Group, a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliate, she specializes in commercial investment sales and NNN retail transactions for international buyers. Before Infinity⁹, she worked at one of Miami's fastest-growing tech companies after graduating from Bocconi University in Milan. She transformed Infinity⁹ from an investment practice into an operational platform, and now leads its expansion into direct commercial brokerage.

Valentina oversees Infinity’s day-to-day business operations, business development, investor relations, marketing, and communications. She is both a big-picture thinker and a detail-oriented executor with a generalist range of skills. Valentina previously worked at a Miami-based unicorn during its growth stage where she was the right-hand to the CMO, building the Marketing and Communications team to 50 people, and executing marketing and branding strategies and projects across the organization globally. Prior to that, she was a founding member of a Silicon Valley venture capital firm’s first middle east office in Abu Dhabi, where she managed corporate and startup partnerships, operations, events, marketing, and communications. Valentina began her career as an Analyst at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where she was an instrumental member of the opening of the 490-bed hospital in 2015. Valentina worked across a variety of functions including pre-operational planning and analytics, human resources, recruitment, and marketing.
