On the institutional side, he managed more than $500 million in assets at FCP. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate from MIT and a B.S. from UVA, and holds substantial real estate in his own portfolio. He evaluates sponsors the way he builds: with precision and accountability.
Infinity⁹’s real estate investment portfolio is under Nason's supervision, and he is responsible for its management. Standard Nevada, a retail development company based in Las Vegas, was founded by Nason. Over the course of the past five years, the company has successfully completed projects with a combined value of over $40 million. His company is currently working on retail projects in Las Vegas that are valued at over $100 million. These projects include the development of a shopping center that is 100,000 square feet in size as well as the redevelopment of a shopping center that is 65,000 square feet in the Las Vegas resort corridor. Before founding Standard Nevada, Nason worked as an Associate at FCP, a real estate private equity firm based in Washington, DC, where he managed assets totaling over $500 million and worked on value-add multifamily and development projects on the east coast.
