Stash Geleszinski is a managing director at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in multifamily investment sales, and the co-founder of Nydle, a data and AI platform built to predict real estate transactions before they happen. In brokerage since 2008 — with prior leadership roles at Capstone and SVN — Stash has closed everything from large multifamily portfolios to complex land redevelopment deals. Nydle was born from his hypothesis that data and analytics could spot the deliberate signs of a property being prepared for sale, replacing the brute inefficiency of 100 cold calls a day with targeted conversations.
