Rahysa Vargas is the managing partner of a thriving South Florida real estate law firm and the founder of Miss Esquire, a movement empowering women in law that grew to over 10,000 vetted women attorneys with thousands more on the waitlist. Born in Colombia to parents who arrived with nothing, she became the first in her family to graduate college and law school. Miss Esquire now runs eight in-person referral networking chapters, with New York launching next and a Spanish-language chapter in the works.
