Mustafa Ladha is a New Jersey-based real estate investor and capital raiser who walked away from his 9-to-5 at 29. He left medical school, spent years in the pharmaceutical industry, exited his own businesses, and found real estate by asking the most successful people he knew about their biggest problems. Today he raises capital for ground-up workforce housing 30–45 minutes from New York City in tax-abated opportunity zones, targeting renter-by-necessity tenants at below-market rents.
