Melitsa Waage is an entrepreneur, speaker, and community leader in Miami. Born to addicted parents, raised in the foster care system, and homeless at points in her youth, she refused to become a statistic and built a career spanning medical sales, real estate flipping, and personal development. She founded EPIC Talks, which grew from 15 attendees at her first self-funded event into one of Miami's leading entrepreneurship gatherings, built on her belief in mentors, mentees, and the power of adoption into community.
