ABOUT
Martin Ayala is an Ecuadorian entrepreneur based in Miami and co-founder of Always Keep Progressing (AKP), a pediatric therapy company providing speech, occupational, music, and art therapy for children with autism and other disabilities. He came to the US on a tennis scholarship, and after immigration hurdles turned a nanny job into an unexpected door into healthcare tech, he discovered how finance, clinical care, and innovation intersect. Founded with his wife Annie, a speech-language pathologist, AKP has grown to two clinics serving around 700 Miami families, powered by an operations team he built in Ecuador to give Latin American talent the opportunity he once searched for.
