Karina Ruilova es abogada, autora y CEO de la Fundación Diversidad e Inclusión. Tras más de 15 años en la transnacional Exxon Mobil trabajando con equipos multiculturales, se mudó a España —referente en diversidad para Latinoamérica— donde escribió su libro "Diversidad, equidad e inclusión como camino de vida" entrevistando a líderes empresariales. Hoy impulsa desde Ecuador la Carta de la Diversidad para Latinoamérica, asesora a organizaciones en cómo recibir e integrar el talento diverso, y reta a los líderes a cuestionar creencias repetidas tantas veces que parecen verdades.
