Juan Camilo Afanador, conocido como StableJuan, lleva más de seis años trabajando en fintech, blockchain y stablecoins en Colombia y Latinoamérica. Detrás de esa carrera hubo una adicción al juego de más de 15 años que comenzó a los 20 en los casinos: mentiras, culpa e inestabilidad emocional y financiera que el ego no le dejó enfrentar hasta que, hace dos años, levantó la mano y buscó terapia con un adicto recuperado. Hoy, en recuperación, perdió 10 kilos, lee un libro al mes bajo el lema 'solo por hoy', y usa LinkedIn para normalizar hablar de adicciones y salud mental — advirtiendo que la tecnología está cada vez más diseñada para volvernos adictos.
