Gino Barbaro spent more than twenty years in his family's restaurant business in New York before the 2008 recession pushed him to reinvent himself as a real estate investor. With his partner Jake Stenziano — 'the pizza guy and the drug rep' — he built a multifamily portfolio of over 500 units within five years and co-founded Jake & Gino, one of the best-known multifamily investing education communities in the United States. He teaches families to build wealth that outlasts them, starting with talking openly about money at home.
