Gianfranco Arrigoni es ingeniero civil industrial y magíster en finanzas aplicadas, tercera generación de una familia industrial chilena con más de 65 años de historia. En 2019 cofundó Arrigoni Ambiental NFU, planta pionera en Chile que recicla neumáticos fuera de uso — más de 5.000 toneladas el año pasado — convirtiéndolos en aceite, carbón y acero verde, demostrando que lo sostenible también puede ser rentable. Tras vivir el cierre de la metalúrgica familiar de 67 años, donde el presidente del sindicato le agradeció por ser 'una persona humana', cofundó Soggi para transformar negocios dueño-dependientes en empresas sostenibles con estructura y equipos autónomos.
