Ghada 'Gigi' Benitez is an international real estate advisor and founder of The Dubai Connect Podcast, connecting North American investors with premium real estate opportunities in Dubai and Spain. A first-generation Arab American with an economics degree from UCSD, she built a career in pharmaceutical sales and then ran her own PR firm for 17 years before a life-changing first trip to Dubai revealed her mission: demystifying the market Americans misunderstand. Certified as an International Property Specialist and licensed in California, she pairs education-first content, from the Dubai Land Department to international tax attorneys, with boots on the ground in Dubai and a new office on Spain's Costa del Sol.
