Federico Marangoni is a third-generation entrepreneur and the founder of EMFIS, the certification body for real estate construction against electromagnetic field exposure. After building a chocolate franchise from Geneva into Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East, he spotted an untapped niche: healthier buildings for a technology-saturated world. His first EMF-shielded development — 27 apartments in Switzerland — proved the market, and today EMFIS designs, supplies, and certifies partial shielding (bedrooms, elderly homes, hospitals) for developers in the Middle East, while advocating for EMF limits in urban planning regulation.
