Carlos Martínez es un emprendedor español criado en un pueblo de 900 habitantes en Extremadura, donde hizo su primer negocio a los 10 años vendiendo los huevos de las gallinas familiares. Estudió farmacia, pero a los 21 ganó el premio universitario a la mejor idea con sus mapas de tinta rascable y arrancó la empresa con 1.700 euros. Tras vender su compañía para recuperar su libertad, escribió "Mentalidad Emprendedora", un libro con más de 100 ideas de referentes como Marian Rojas, Ilia Topuria y Marcos Vázquez, cuyos beneficios destina a terapias asistidas con perros.
