Ben Reinberg started with nothing in Chicago, earned an accounting degree at Indiana University, became a CPA, and founded Alliance 31 years ago. His first deal — a 95,000-square-foot industrial building financed through a presentation to his godfather's bank board — tripled in four years. Over 32 years he built a $500M commercial real estate portfolio and became a leader in medical office properties, with renewal rates in the upper 80s, and launched the Alliance Medical Property Fund.
