Bárbara Wright es cofundadora de The U For You en Ecuador, la asesoría holística que ha ayudado a miles de estudiantes latinoamericanos a encontrar su lugar entre las 25,000 universidades del mundo. Formada en la Universidad de Miami con un posgrado en Ginebra y una maestría en psicología que completó a los 45 años, Bárbara construyó junto a su socia Melanie una red que hoy abarca Panamá, Ecuador, México y El Salvador. Su programa "Mapea tu propósito" usa el ikigai para que cada estudiante descubra su porqué antes de elegir el dónde — y su misión declarada es enviarlos a estudiar afuera para que vuelvan a transformar el Ecuador.
