Ariana Pareja is a founder-turned-investor who started, scaled, and exited three companies, the last a venture-backed startup that raised $48 million at a $150 million valuation. The first in her family born in the US, to a Polish mother who escaped communism and an Afghan father who fled war, she felt the pressure to build early, going from selling at school to real estate to proptech. An investor since 2009 across more than a hundred real estate deals, consumer products, and SaaS, she now takes advisory roles in the companies she backs and partners with organizations like MetroLab and Miami Dade College on founder mentorship and financial literacy.
