Infinity9 is proud to announce its role as financial representative for Uribe Schwarzkopf in connection with WOMA, a landmark mixed-use residential project now revealed in Wynwood Norte, Miami.
WOMA marks the first development in the United States by Uribe Schwarzkopf, a leading design-driven real estate developer based in Quito, Ecuador, with over 150 completed projects and a legacy of collaborating with the world's most celebrated architects, including Bjarke Ingels Group, Safdie Architects, Kengo Kuma, Jean Nouvel, and MAD Architects.
Designed by MVRDV, the Rotterdam-based architecture firm known globally for its innovative and community-centered approach, WOMA offers 163 residences across a range of unit types, from micro-units and studios to duplex atelier residences conceived for artists, designers, and creatives. The building features a publicly accessible ground-level plaza with Bisazza glass mosaics by Fornasetti, street-level retail, offices, and a full suite of residential amenities.
The project is a collaboration between Uribe Schwarzkopf and Bolivian-born fashion designer and entrepreneur Rosita Hurtado, who will establish her new headquarters within the building's commercial space.
Kobi Karp serves as architect of record.
Infinity9 is honored to support Uribe Schwarzkopf as they bring their standard of design excellence and urban ambition to the United States for the first time.
