Gulf Prime Magazine just published a profile on our founder, Ahmad Ashrafi, and it lands at a meaningful moment for the firm.
The piece follows the full arc: building and selling a company, investing his own capital, friends asking to invest alongside him, and family offices eventually trusting him to allocate into U.S. real estate. That path became Infinity⁹, which has worked with more than 75 families across 10 countries since 2019.
It also captures how we think about opportunity. Our process evaluates every deal across product, market, finance and people, and most of what we see gets rejected. The discipline is in knowing when an opportunity deserves a yes.
The timing matters because the article closes on WOMA, our first co-development, created in partnership with Uribe Schwarzkopf in Wynwood Norte, Miami, with architecture by MVRDV and Kobi Karp. For Ahmad, WOMA marks the step from selecting investments to participating in the creation of the asset itself.
There is also a personal thread in the piece that anyone who follows Ahmad will recognize: the philosophy of the ant. An ant carries one grain at a time, and over the years those grains become a mountain. A company, an investor base, a development platform, all of it gets built the same way.
