Rejection can be the founding story. Turned away by the big PR firms, Esmeralda built her own table — an independent practice focused on Latin-to-mainstream crossover and opportunities for minorities and Afro-Latinas.
No degree required, but discipline is. She learned PR through YouTube and conferences after nearly a year of homelessness, powered by what she calls believing in herself 110% with no handouts.
Daily rituals are the infrastructure of confidence. Barefoot grounding at 5:30am, 15 minutes of affirmations, weekly 24-hour fasts, and gratitude every morning keep her grounded while running a demanding business.
Heal first, then attract. With three therapists, a life coach, and a Reiki healer, she teaches that self-mastery and healing come before the healed partner, the tour, or the school for girls she is building in the Dominican Republic.
