Infinity⁹ serves as financial representative for Uribe Schwarzkopf, supporting the developer's first entry into the United States market with the institutional rigor and local relationships their ambition deserves.
Uribe Schwarzkopf chose Wynwood Norte for their United States debut and brought MVRDV to design it. The building is conceived as a collection of stacked blocks, maintaining the neighborhood's human scale while introducing 163 residences, from micro-units and studios to duplex atelier residences for artists and creatives, crowned by a single penthouse.
The site itself has a story. Rosita Hurtado, the Bolivian-born fashion designer and entrepreneur, contributed the land as a project partner. Her studio and new headquarters anchor the ground floor, beside a publicly accessible plaza finished in Bisazza glass mosaics depicting Fornasetti's iconic Mani design.
