Technology doesn't fail at AI — training does. Companies buy Copilot licenses and see no ROI because the real gaps are education and use cases; the two success factors he sees everywhere: leadership buy-in and investing in training from the board down.
Ask three strategic questions. What of our offering gets eroded because clients now have AI? What new services can we offer profitably that we couldn't before? What new markets open up? Within 3–5 years almost no industry will look the same.
Don't give up after one bad prompt. AI isn't a magic wand: the 25-minute demo hides two years of trial and error — map processes, prioritize by revenue, cost, or employee happiness, gamify usage, and celebrate wins like Jill's custom GPT.
