Everything starts with the circadian rhythm. His free starter protocol: wake up, no phone, water with lemon and salt, stretch, get outside before 10 a.m., and coffee only 90 minutes in — do it for 10 days and your sleep and focus change.
Work in 90-minute ultradian blocks with zero distractions. The brain can't be productive for eight straight hours; his day alternates deep-work blocks, flow-state calisthenics, walks, sauna and cold plunge — and 8 hours of sleep is non-negotiable.
