Saman oversees Infinity⁹'s real estate strategies, investments, and evaluation. Prior to joining Infinity⁹, Saman led AHM Group's multifamily acquisition and development process, underwriting, and financing value-add and opportunistic investments. Saman was a Vice President at George Smith Partners, where he raised over $1 billion in construction, bridge, and permanent financing on commercial and residential properties, as well as complex structured financing like preferred equity, mezzanine, and joint venture equity placements. Lennar Corporation, the largest homebuilder in the country, hired Saman as a Land Acquisition Analyst, where Saman helped with feasibility studies, entitlements, and underwriting for Las Vegas land acquisitions. As an Acquisitions Analyst for The Bascom Group, he underwrote over $5 billion of prospective multifamily acquisitions in the western US and assisted with the due diligence and closing of several Southern California acquisitions.
