Elias serves as an Investment and Strategy Advisor to Infinity, participating in the investment decision process, business strategy design and execution, and fundraising. Elias currently serves as the Investment Banking & Real Estate Director at MMG Bank Corporation, a boutique financial and strategic advisory and asset management firm serving corporate, retail, and institutional clients in Latin America. At MMG Bank, Elias has been advising real estate companies with the structuring and management of over $1.5 billion of real estate assets under REIT special regulation in Panama. His responsibilities also include structuring and placing public and private debt issues, structuring thematic bonds, M&A advisory, capital structure optimization, equity fundraising, SPV financing, corporate consulting, and company and asset valuations. Prior to joining MMG Bank, Elias was the Sales and Project Development Manager for Zun Energia, a Panamanian company dedicated to the promotion, development, and due diligence of photovoltaic solar and wind energy projects. Elias’ responsibilities included the commercialization, financial modeling, and capital structuring of Net Metering photovoltaic projects and solar and wind plants. Elias started his career as a Sales and Product Development Manager at RFID Solutions, where he oversaw the design and development of systems using RFID technology for optimizing logistics processes, product exhibition, and inventory management.
